Who is responsible

AmigoCancun is the service provider responsible for this booking and experiences website. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information, write to contact@amigocancun.com.

Information used for bookings

For a transfer booking, we may collect contact details, passenger names, hotel, flight and itinerary details, and optional service notes. Notes can include accessibility or other special requirements; please only provide information necessary to coordinate the service.

We use this information to quote, collect payment, confirm, coordinate, and support the requested service. The experiences site may process only the information you voluntarily provide through a selected contact channel.

Service providers and transfers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Cloudflare hosts and protects the sites and their server functions. Resend may deliver booking emails. If you choose a WhatsApp or email contact link, that conversation is processed by WhatsApp or your email provider under their own terms. Operational booking information is kept in a private server-side system for coordination; it is not placed in Stripe metadata or in public confirmation pages.

Retention and protection

Operational reservation details are retained for a configurable period selected by AmigoCancun and then automatically expire. Financial payment records are handled separately by the payment processor and applicable business records. We use access controls, encryption for stored operational reservation details, restricted server-side access, and security headers to reduce unnecessary exposure.

Your choices

Before using WhatsApp or email, you can decide whether to share any additional service details in that channel. You may request access, correction, or deletion of operational information through the contact address above. Some requests may be limited where payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations apply.

Legal review

This notice describes the current technical handling of the sites. The applicable legal basis, retention obligations, and international-transfer requirements should be reviewed by AmigoCancun’s legal adviser for the jurisdictions involved.
